My teaching ideology is based on
- Use of technology to ease understanding due to tools to enhance concepts using visual help
- Discussion of practical examples around us in regards to the concept being taught to help ensure the concept becomes a part of the students mind for a longer time
- Adding practical knowledge and content to add value to the students knowledge which ultimately differs him amongst their peers, giving them an edge
- Keeping the student involved in the discussion to make the class productive and the time spent useful ultimately as the more they are involved the better the reflection of their performance and interest can be seen
- Try my best to adjust the pace of the content being taught based on the students capabilities and potential to enhance his capability and also improve him in the long run
