Greetings! I'm delighted to introduce myself as Teacher Chynna, an experienced educator who has devoted the past six years to teaching in a preschool setting. From the tiniest 1-year-olds to the vibrant 5-year-olds, I have had the pleasure of guiding and nurturing children at various stages of their early development. Working with these young learners brings me immense joy, and I firmly believe that my effectiveness as a teacher stems from my genuine passion and unwavering dedication to their growth and well-being.

In addition to my full-time teaching responsibilities, I have had the privilege of extending my knowledge and expertise beyond the classroom walls. I've provided one-on-one tutoring sessions and playgroups for students ranging from 2 to 5 years old. This opportunity has allowed me to connect with a diverse group of children, supporting their individual learning needs and fostering their social and academic progress. Furthermore, I have also ventured into the world of online teaching, where I've shared my skills in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL), helping students develop their language proficiency and confidence.

At the heart of my teaching philosophy lies a student-centered approach, where I prioritize tailoring my instruction to address the unique needs, strengths, and weaknesses of each learner. Recognizing that every child is a distinctive individual, I create personalized learning plans that consider their age, existing knowledge, and preferred learning styles. By doing so, I ensure that every student receives the targeted support they require to thrive academically and unlock their full potential.

Parents are not just valued partners but an integral part of the educational process. I maintain open lines of communication with families, fostering strong relationships built on trust and collaboration. By actively involving parents in their child's education, I create a supportive learning community that nurtures the holistic development of each student.

    Creates weekly lesson plans and outlines, attends to children’s basic needs, organizes and leads activities designed to promote physical, mental, and social development, teaches general subjects (Literacy, Math, Phonics, Science, Social Studies, Writing and Skills), observes and evaluates children’s performance and behavior, teaches basic skills, prepares student reports and materials for classroom activities, meets with parents and guardians to discuss children’s progress and needs, etc.

Fee details

    ₱800–1,000/hour (US$13.73–17.16/hour)

    The tutorial will run for 1 hour and 30 minutes, and this will include worksheets and different materials that I will use. It may vary depending on the location as well.
