Teaching, for me, is more of an interaction between the student and the facilitator rather than it being a one way communication. The methodology that I employ while teaching is that of eliciting because it leads to not only better understanding of concepts but also aids in reinforcing the same in an effective manner. I believe a teacher is a mentor and a guide and accordingly, I interact with my students. Again, I feel that the most important element in a teacher-student relationship is mutual respect and this goes a long way in facilitating the learning-teaching process.
I am an amiable individual and possess very good listening skills. I take problems head-on and always come up with resolutions. I am also somebody who people can rely on since I believe that trust is never to be broken and deadlines should always be met.I strongly believe that any relationship can thrive on mutual respect.
