● Coordinated and monitored the implementation of more than three programs (Lean
Season Assistance (LSA), Food for Assistance (FFA), Urban Resilience, the School
Feeding Program, and the Maternity Waiting Home Assistance program) in multiple
districts by working with cooperating partners, local government officials and
beneficiaries to ensure that the program was meeting the needs of the target
population.
● Reviewed, provided feedback on, and summarized data from implementing partners'
12 weekly and 3 monthly sitrep reports to ensure that they are on track to complete
the project's objective.
● Generated monthly beneficiary distribution lists for three districts with more than
45,000 beneficiaries from the SCOPE database.
● Supported the construction/ rehabilitation of community assets in Mt Darwin such as
dams, nutrition gardens, boreholes, dip tanks, and keyhole gardens just to mention a
few, for more than 20,000 beneficiaries in the district.
● Presented findings of various surveys and performed district stakeholder coordination
monthly to a group of 25 district government stakeholders and implementing partners.
● Revamped the SCOPE data quality challenges for Harare South and UMP districts by
improving the data collection, data entry, and data verification processes, resulting inPage 2 of 2
improved redemption achievements from 56% to 97% and 82% to 100% monthly,
respectively.
● Trained eight Ministry of Health staff in Mashonaland East and fifty WFP cooperating
partners staff on various WFP program implementation standards, vulnerability
assessment mapping (VAM), the SCOPE beneficiaries database, and M&E tools.
● Participated in five Technical Review Committee meetings, reviewing project
proposals and budgets for more than 6 United Nations World Food Programme
cooperating partners, by analyzing the financial and technical components of each
proposal, and providing feedback on how to improve them.
● Facilitated three inception workshops with more than 35 people in Mbire, Mt. Darwin,
and Harare South for Lean Season Assistance, Food for Assets, and Urban Assistance
programs.
