I have my own way in conducting 1 on 1 tutoring with students. First, I take initiative to understand the level of learning of students because every person have different tendency of catching up what is being taught. Then, I approach them with teaching methods that make them understand. Understanding is the main purpose of my teaching and I will be fully responsible for that. Once they understand the theory or concept, I will give exercises of different level of questions to improve their understanding and learning. In this way, they can really perform in that particular topic as the saying goes practice makes perfect.
