My objective of teaching is to make the subject interesting via interactive sessions followed by workouts. The objective of study is clearly stated so that the students can perceive the content in a broad frame of the subject domain. Interdisciplinary approaches are offered so that students can understand the relevance of the topics on a holistic perspective. As a teacher, I understand that my prime responsibility is to initiate a thought process, so that my students can read between lines. I prefer to focus the content using multi-media platform. My job, as a teacher is to provide them the relevant content matters, links and suggested studies so that they understand the state of the art of the subject topic and that they are also able to think independently. From my age old experience as a Board Evaluator, I also find it necessary to help my students with the scoring hints for the theory papers and in project works, particularly for the 12th grade students.
