I am teaching because I enjoy it. This is the way to enhance ourselves and the student. Urdu is something that encourage me in my profession. I really want my student learn good things that are useful for them.
My teaching method is very very simple. Every student should have to follow it. We will set some goals for the course and achieve them. Revision is an important thing which I make sure to do with students. Tests will be taken accordingly.
If you follow the same method you will achieve good/ excellent grades.
