Firstly I make child comfortable with me then try to start some kind of work and take assessment and then start my work accordingly
Working with only pen and pencil make students study little boring so I try that student attention should be on work only by some creative ideas like paper pasting finger printing tracing on paper
And for better attention and proper eye contact try to use lazer light and bindi kind of things so that that child make proper eye contact with me and gave them some things (reward) so that they try to work hard
