Now a day's the islamic society (parents) wants to create a Merciful society of childrens with the light of quran and sunnah. From ancient period the islamic scholars were took that responsibilities in their hand. I'm also from them. A teacher should behave and communicate with the students as a father. Because the father only take the child himself. Others nope. Then only the students also communicate with the teachers easily. Harshness to the students will not reflect anything on them. They are likely a mirror. If we take them mercily they will shine. We have learn them to supplicate anything to Allah the almighty. Because he only has the power on everything. At the same time they would be learn about the sunnah. Because the perfect life of human is only in the way of prophet (Sal).Alhamdulillah I'm always being careful on it with my students. Insha allah I hope I'll give my best in coming period also.
