I dedicate extra effort and time to carry my students through every academic topic easy or not, especially difficult topics that might pose as a challenge for them. I patiently repeat every detail for the purpose of emphasis. I give and ask for easy examples/illustrations to and from my students to make sure they understand every detail. This technic of mine has yielded positive results amongst my students and has made learning quite fun and interesting for them. I notice my students flow with me because of the loving and relaxed atmosphere I create for these young ones. Even when they can be a handful atimes, I correct them out of love and make sure they see the reasons why they should desist from certain behaviors. I have also come to notice that they love me and are more relaxed when I'm around or when I teach, this makes me happy when ever I teach them and my love for these little ones just grows even more. If given the opportunity to showcase this fun learning/teaching, I know they will be more open to Learning than ever.
