Urdu is my passion. Based on my 23 years of experience, I can guide the student better by analyzing his or her needs and difficulties. As far as my teaching style is concerned, it depends on the needs of the students.The directing style promotes learning through listening and following directions، the discussing style promotes learning through interaction and the delegating style promotes learning through empowerment.The teaching method is best adapted to the needs of the students ،it should be student centered, based on active learning and conceptual. activities or resources provided to support the learning process are important to highlight the students' abilities.Some qualities of a good teacher include skills in communication, listening, collaboration, adaptability, empathy and patience. Other characteristics of effective teaching include an engaging classroom presence, value in real-world learning, exchange of best practices and a lifelong love of learning.I think,I have the qualities like patience and persistence to make the learning process enjoyable. Students like me because of my cheerfulness and good results.In my opinion, being honest with my profession, putting students' welfare first is what makes me a good teacher.
