I think teaching is all about the coordination of students and teacher to subject. Student and teacher both together is a complete team who understand and grip the subjects. And moreover I think a good teacher is a good phychologist who understand his students very well. And I understand my student psychology very much. That's why my ex-students perform well in exams. Because I feel a teacher is equal responsible for performing a student. A good student always perform but If you are a good coach then your mediocre students will perform and I have the ability to do this.
