Teaching is a challenging task. Being a language teacher, in my 12 years of teaching experience, I have faced multiple challenges like
understanding the different learning abilities and capacities of the students. Motivating and encouraging them when the students underperform and have to deal with parental and peer pressure.
Many times, I have taught Hindi to students who came from US and UAE. Hindi Language was a new subject for them. I had to make extra plan and take extra classes for these students so that they can learn the subject with great enthusiasm rather than coping up with the syllabus. I always encouraged them to learn new things. The interaction was well beyond the classrooms. My students always felt free to approach me. I was always approachable and accessible for my students.
Parents and Principal both appreciated my effort for bridging the gap between two different countries.
