I’m a very flexible and resourceful person. I can handle learners of all capacities. I believe in giving individual leaner attention based on their learning ability.
My teaching methods vary depending on the learner's cognitive, emotional, psychological, social and personal differences. I am open minded and passionate about my work and this traits has helped me so much especially in preparation of teaching and learning materials. I am able to prepare teaching and learning materials to handle different learner's learning abilities.
I am adaptable even when things change at the last minute, I’m able to adjust accordingly and meet tight deadlines. Especially when it come to syllabus coverage, marking, result analysis and submission of results. During Covid-19 period, the schedule was constantly changing, so I needed to be highly adaptable. Despite the chaotic environment, I always finished tasks on time.

I’m an analytical, dependable, and responsible person.I am a hard-working and self driven individual who isn’t afraid to face a challenge.
I’m passionate about my work and I know how to get the job done.

I would describe myself as an open and honest person who doesn’t believe in misleading other people and tries to be fair in everything I do.I’m friendly, very communicative, detail-oriented, and versatile. I like to think of myself as a team player. While I don’t mind taking on solo projects, I prefer to work with others.
