Due to the past 4years of experience I've interacted with different students by understanding their different views in the area of education.This has brought to my attention that students should be offered with a part time teacher that who drive the student into the areas that he or she has not understood. Based on my profession as a physics and chemistry teacher, I'm equipped enough to teach both full time and part time or even home based situation.This role I've played for the past years and many of the students are thanking me later
