My approach to teaching is more of application and real-time experience. Where every concept and subject content taught is well applied to understand multi-dimension learning. And the assessments conducted are not just answering chapter review questions. But, also many real-time case studies will be used and referred to. The student is given wide scope to ask a range of questions to understand the topic from different stakeholder perspectives. I have been teaching international curricula for more than 5 years, so I am confident in guiding students to score high marks in external examinations. As I conduct a range of formative assessments during my teaching, which guide students to understand the final examination paper patterns and help them to score well.The students whom I have guided for the Business management extended essay have scored grade A's and the least was grade B.and in IA many students full fill the criteria to score 7 in overall criteria .My approach of teaching more of application base . i am not bound only for time duration, if students needs sometimes extra time for any particular topic, i am available for that too
