At the age of three, I had moved to London UK, from where I received my primary education. I would reside there for almost 6 or so years, until I would move to Arlington VA and Cheshire CT. Living under adverse circumstances and the need to adapt would lead me to gain full fluency in English, at the price of my losing mastery in Bangla, from where English would be my go-to language. I believe in directed, efficient teaching, with the goal of helping my students through their misconceptions with English, but leaving room to grow and encouraging a passion of the English Language, leading to better fluency skills, improved literacy and a thorough understanding of English, to the point where you are confident in your competence. I had bolstered my teacher skill and public speaking abilities by teaching a group of indigenous children with no background in english, basics in grammar and pronunciation. You will find that my experiences in teaching my primary language, coupled with my powerful speech and public speaking abilities will surely help me overcome your learning curves.
