I am a lady who is passionate about teaching. Over the years my students have proven competent in the areas I teach. My methodology of teaching is learner-centered where the learner is allowed to express themselves and take part in the learning process.
What makes me a great teacher is my approach to my teaching areas. As much learners may hint a negative attitude towards the subject, I try as much to ensure the learners have a change in attitude by the approach I teach the content with.
I believe that learners should be guided in expressing their views. I allow learners to share their weak areas possible solutions and then I guide on how to implement strategies to have the solution. This helps learners own their success and believe in themselves.
