    1-Developing lesson plans and teaching materials that are tailored to the individual needs of each student.
    2-conducting online tutoring sessions with students, using a variety of teaching methods such as interactive lectures, discussions, group activities, and multimedia resources.
    3-Assessing student progress and providing feedback on their performance in a timely and constructive manner.
    4-preparing students for exams, quizzes, and other assessments by reviewing relevant materials and answering their questions.

A degree in chemistry or a related field is usually required, and prior experience in teaching or tutoring is highly desirable.     As a senior chemistry teacher in a school, my primary responsibility is to develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that covers a broad range of chemistry topics.
