I am a lecturer with over ten-year teaching experience in the university at the undergraduate level and about five years of teaching experience at the postgraduate level. The teaching method I adopt is a function of the students in the class. I use a mixture of directing, discussing, and delegating, though I enjoy discussing more.
I also appreciate student feedback on the effectiveness of my delivery method.
It's usually engaging to be in my class.
The results are always classic.
