I am committed to ensuring we work together with the student to make sure they understand and grasp each content. I use good examples, exercises and practicals to teach . Sometimes random assessments may be given to the student to check his or her progress. There is no judgement and when the student fails, I am quick to help so as to ensure he or she comes out feeling content and confident. I have to make sure the student acquires all the necessary hands on skills to make them great in what they want to do. I am a great teacher because I believe in teamwork with the student; that's the only way a student can become good. When I make the student comfortable, they will understand easily what I'm teaching.
