I know how to motivate students. I believe that all students want to succeed, even though they sometimes might pretend not to care. When my students walk into my classroom, there is no confusion over what they are supposed to be doing and why. I make the objectives clear, and I connect our objectives with the world outside of the classroom. I give my students plenty of opportunities to succeed and quick feedback on their work.

I'm an avid reader,I have kept up my professional development hours so that I could be ready to go back into the classroom at any time.
