I have a Diploma for the early years education (CACHE Level 3- Issued by EYFS – UK) as well as certificates in Child protection in early years, supporting children with Additional Needs, Emergency Preparedness Childhood, Developing Phonics in Early years, Promoting positive behavior,. As well Cache Level 5- NCFE CACHE Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People.
I believe that children are like fresh clay – they are always full of curiosity and with a natural sense of exploration seeing and being with them every single day and learning from and with them as learning partners brings me great joy. The positive difference I make on my class as a facilitator give me immense joy and job satisfaction at the end of the day. I can laugh over my mistakes; I can be myself with children, which brings me joy in my work.

Finally, I believe that the cooperation with parents is the bedrock of the education process so each part plays an important role in this process
