Completed MBBS from Shri Guru Ram Rai Medical College, Dehradun in 2012. Got first rank in a Quiz competition organized by Physiology Department under HOD Dr Sunita Mittal. Worked as a volunteer in transport department during UTTARA-EYECON 2008 - National conference organized by Ophthalmology department under HOD Dr Sanjeev Mittal. Praised by many renowned delegates from various parts of the country for alertness, enthusiasm, politeness and helpful attitude.

Worked as Emergency Medical Officer in Coronation Hospital, Dehradun between ********* 3 during Kedarnath flood disaster. Got excellent comments for working style, public management skills and patient-friendly clinical approach from colleagues, subordinates and seniors.

Joined MD (in Community Medicine) at Shri Guru Ram Rai Medical College in 2013 and carried out thesis work on “Prevalence and Epidemiological correlates of Non-comunicable diseases in field practice areas” under Prof. S K Gupta and Prof. K S Negi.

Presented poster and oral research papers during my PG tenure at State and National level Conferences, respectively. Got amazing and encouraging comments from the jury.

Got a research article published on “A community-based study of NCD risk factors among adult population in dehradun” in an indexed journal (IJCH, Vol. 28, Issue 2).

I topped the MD/MS exam - 2016 conducted by HNB Garhwal University with 65.25%, thereby making me the first male candidate to achieve this milestone in last 5 years, hence validating my dedication, commitment, perseverance and tenacity towards my work.

Currently working in PMHS, Uttarakhand as Medical Officer, IDSP Nainital.
