I believe in teacher and student interaction. I am very patient and will not proceed further before there is full understanding. I am more inclined on quality than quantity and this is evident since I am results oriented. I am patient with my students and also approachable. If a student doesn't understand anything, I get to their level and make sure they fully understand. My classroom is more of a dialogue in that as a teacher, I am also ready to learn from my student on how to best be of help to them.
