There is potential in every learner..The only difference is how that is brought out .I believe in my students and I know that they can achieve whatever it is they set their minds to do .It is a definite that I will ensure that the learners understand their assignments and perform beyond expectation.A teacher should move at the pace of the student and use a method that is best understood by the learner.I know that each student is different thus the belief that no method works the same for each one of them is my motto.My target is what is most important .I can meet the academic needs of the student once I am able to study and understand their levels.I will
