4 Steps
1. First, While making a formal introduction and light discussion I do try to understand the students current level of knowledge about subject and learning ability.
2. Second, to the deepest level approach, if required i go to the deepest level of breakup of matter from where student easily starts to understand
3. Third, i always make the teaching as interactive (asking what student knows, how thins happen, etc..) and account some real time examples from routine events
4. fourth Making aware of common mistakes, especially while implementing the learnt values
And the last thing is keeping high morale for unwanted scenarios ultimately wish to learn and desire to win gets things done
