Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Accountancy and Taxation Teacher to teach Cost and Management Accounting, Costing, and Taxation to students pursuing CBCom, BBA, MBA, 11th, and 12th class courses. As an Accountancy and Taxation Teacher, your main responsibility will be to deliver high-quality lectures, provide hands-on training and guidance to students, and help them develop an in-depth understanding of the subject matter.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting classroom lectures, practical sessions, and workshops to teach Cost and Management Accounting, Costing, and Taxation to students of CBCom, BBA, MBA, 11th, and 12th class courses.
Preparing lesson plans, course materials, and assessments to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Developing teaching aids such as slides, videos, and other multimedia materials to make the learning experience engaging and interactive.
Providing personalized feedback and guidance to students to help them overcome their weaknesses and build on their strengths.
Assessing student performance through quizzes, assignments, and exams, and providing regular progress reports to parents and guardians.
Encouraging active student participation and engagement in classroom activities to foster a positive learning environment.
Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of accounting and taxation and incorporating them into the curriculum to ensure that students receive relevant and cutting-edge education.
Qualifications and Skills:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching Cost and Management Accounting, Costing, and Taxation to CBCom, BBA, MBA, 11th, and 12th class students.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Ability to use multimedia tools and technologies to deliver engaging and interactive lectures.
In-depth knowledge of accounting and taxation principles, standards, and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to help students understand complex concepts and solve practical problems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
