Constructivist method of teaching, a teaching which engage students and arouse intrest in them.Not a bookish oriented teaching. l will be a teacher who is a scaffolder for students. My duty won't be mere depositing knowledge. Insted I would teach them how they can acquire knowledge . Such type of learning promotes life long learning. Here a teacher is able to prepare their students to live in world which is outside the four walls of a classroom. For me teaching is not merely a profession it something more .l won't be judging a student with in their grades. I am damn sure that such grades are not determining their future. I will be giving individual attention for all students in my class and will be taking out of the best in them. A teacher who can companion, a teacher who can be partner .
