My belief is that each child can excel if there's patience and they are given an opportunity to explore different activities and also if they feel appreciated for every achievement they get no matter how small. I am familiar with the Kenyan curriculum, Montessori where learning is mostly hands on and includes many fun activities to foster different skills (picking rice grains to enhance pincer grip, using playdough to model and enhance fine motor skills). In my 3 years of experience I have interacted with many diverse learners and each day has been a learning opportunity for me too, it's been a joy to see learners progress to different milestones and their parents being happy with their progress. I would be humbled to have an opportunity to interact and learn with more children.
