Greetings,

My name is Fayyaz Ur Rahman, and I am an experienced and dedicated lecturer at UET Peshawar, where I specialize in teaching courses on reinforced concrete design. I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in structural engineering and possess a wide range of expertise in various fields of Civil Engineering, including but not limited to
Reinforced Concrete Design (as per ACI 318),
Structural Analysis, Engineering Mechanics,
Mechanics of Solids,
Quantity Surveying,
Geotechnical Engineering, and
Foundation Engineering.

Aside from my academic experience, I am also a registered professional engineer (CIVIL/33650) and an accomplished structural designer with a diversified portfolio of over 200 successful projects. I have designed many high-rise buildings and performed structural health assessment and retrofitting of existing structures at Dr. Qaisar Ali Associates. Additionally, as the CEO of Prime Design Consultant (PEC REG # CONSULT/2395), I have conducted structural design vetting, Structural health assessment, and retrofitting of existing structures.
I possess proficiency in a range of engineering software, including Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit, as well as CSI packages like ETABS, SAP2000, and SAFE. Moreover, I am skilled in using Seismostruct and CAE ABAQUS.
