Hi, I hope you are doing well. Studying is the easiest thing in the world when you think it is easy. Knowledge is beneficial for you when it is retained in your mind and improves your personality. My basic motto is to teach good concepts and develop creativity in students. To overcome the cramming issue and try to develop interest in the topic so that he/she retains it in memory after exams. Daily check assignments and guide them how to improve. Try to develop confidence in the student in finding their hidden abilities. Discipline is the key to success. Maintain discipline in class. Answer students queries about related topics.
