I would try to update on technology advancements in my field try out new learning tools and apps that facilitate learning share my knowledge with my students and be open to learning about technology. I can improve communication skills by reading and writing regularly and I can also improve the effectiveness of students' physical communication by being mindful of posture and mannerisms, a well organise classroom should have all the necessary tools like books and Technology in places where they do not distract students. Patience is a character that makes say a good teacher.
