I am Dr. Shatrughan Yadav, completed Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India which is the oldest engineering college in Asia. My teaching interest is Human Resource Management, International Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Organizational Behavior, CSR, Knowledge Management, Entrepreneurship, Creativity and Innovation Management etc. My research interests are diversity, knowledge sharing, and innovation. My teaching methodology more focus on giving theoretical knowledge with a real-life example, case studies, simulation games, and discussing the real life problems in the class-room which differentiate with other faculties. Also, in my class room students come regularly and attend the classes. To enhance and update my teaching and research skills, I do update myself through visiting best international business schools and university during conferences. Recently in last 6 months, I have visited Cambridge University, Manchester Business School, Durham Business School University. It gives me an immense pleasure to share my exposure, experiences and knowledge among my students and motivate them to do best. My students always give me a good feedback. I am very friendly with my students to support at any time for their better career.
