I am a passionate yoga teacher with over 4+ years of experience in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga classes, I teach advanced poses too.
I completed 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training from YTTC Rishikesh and acquired in-depth knowledge about postures, breathing techniques, and spiritual elements of yoga teaching. Certified in sound healing and meditation.
I take online and offline classes.
Expertise in losing weight, maintaining health, body toning, chronic pain, pilates, pre and post yoga and mental fitness.
