I have taught quite a number of students who are making a significant impact in our society, when teaching I normally evaluate the students to make sure they have understood the content, and if not I normally repeat to make sure the student understand. When teaching I engage the student through asking questions, when not clear I explain. I also explain the relevance of the content to our day to day activities. For the weak students I normally start from simple tasks and move along with them, assignments are given.
