It helps to clear the mind of all negative thoughts and reduces stress.It also helps in improving the circulation of blood. I like to do yoga and share the goodness of yoga and pranayama with others,hence teaching.I teach yoga to students in a very simple and easy technique,For my students .I also teach yoga to people of all age, even old age.
