Regular practice of yoga can improve the overall fitness of our body and improves the circulation of blood.I like to do Yoga .Yoga may also be combined with pranayam. It helps to clear the mind of all negative thoughts and reduces stress.It also helps in improving the circulation of blood. I like to do yoga and share the goodness of yoga and pranayama with others,hence teaching.I teach yoga to students in a very simple and easy technique,For my students .I also teach yoga to people of all age, even old age.
