My English style depends on discussing general topics of the life share our stories together it's a friendship relation to make the student be active as possible as it can be during that I find the weak points of every student individually working on that together until he feels the improvement not only that but let him ask about the issues that he loves about the language and the reasons of why he choose this specific language to be a good starting point and motivation for making bigger progress together.
