I am very Patient, Consistent, Positive towards Students learning, growth n development. I maintain both friendly n strict relationship with my pupils to maintain good mindset for learning n teaching for solving their problems. Also collaborate with their parents to increase students performance. Foremost Lesson planning is important before helping them to learn better n will monitor their performance.i would describe my Teaching style as Coaching. Directing, Discussing n Delegating is what makes students in group will learn better. If I am taking Group of Students I will always approach individually.
