I believe that every student has different capabilities and abilities at their own pace and choose to guide them to be the best version of themselves and to believe in themselves that they are able to do it. I will do what is relevant and cater to each student based on their learning style. I will incorporate 3 pillars of learning which are :
Visualization - communicates a lot of information and this enables learning to be fun, engaging and exciting for our students to understand better.
Inquiry-based instruction - is a teaching method that combines the curiosity of students to enhance the development of critical thinking skills, exploration, and independence in class. Helps to stimulate the development of critical thinking skills, exploration and independence in class.
Adaptive Lesson Planning (Respecting Individual Differences) - Lessons are being personalized, inclusive, uniquely-challenging, and confidence-building. The approach is aimed at achieving a common instructional goal with students whose individual differences, such as prior achievement, aptitude, or learning styles differ, can learn better. Lessons are personalized, inclusive, uniquely challenging and help in confidence building among our students.
