Gospodinka Gicheva Chemistry, Research projects and proposals
No reviews yet

Hello,
My name is Gospodinka Gicheva and it has been my lifelong mission to be involved in the field of Chemistry. I am currently working as chemistry teacher and research associate but I am actively participating in science festivals to promote chemistry and engage broad audience in the subject demonstrating that chemistry is FUN (not scary).
I use software for better visualization of molecules, laboratory equipment and experimental settings. I provide students with additional reading to improve their understanding and tasks to exercise and improve the newly acquired knowledge.
I provide individual approach based on student's personal level, interests and goals.
I rely on the positive feedback so the content of the lessons can adjusted to the individuals needs of the students. I have always used this approach and my students were able to show their personal best results - A* (for IGCSE) and A (AS&A2 level).
I engage students to actively participate in the lesson during the class so they get better understanding on the matter by asking questions and answering. I also encourage my students to take science projects to improve their skills and level.
