Hey there, I am Javaria Khalid. I have been teaching International Relations and Political Science in an International University for the past 5 years. I have a great passion for teaching. I have been teaching IR to international students and have excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu languages. I am committed to teaching IR in a simplified and an interesting way. My teaching style is student-centered, by helping the students understand all difficult concepts related to IR easily and conveniently. I usually use my own course material which includes PowerPoints and MS Word documents (for exercises and course related activities). However, I can also teach effectively from students' course notes. Each session will include: Topic Introduction, Main Content, Topic Conclusion and Questions/Discussion Session. Each class will include revision of the topics covered in previous classes.
IR and Political Science is a very interesting subject and my goal here is to encourage my students to ask questions and engage in discussions with regards to IR and Political science.

Apart from teaching International Relations, I can also teach Islamiyat and Pakistan Studies/Pakistan Affairs (Both in English and Urdu languages).

    For the past 5 years, I have been teaching International Relations to students from all over the world. My area of expertise is International Relations including a special emphasis on the theories of IR, Research Methodology for IR students as well as Foreign Policy and Role of International Organizations.
  • Research Fellow (Mar, 2016–Jan, 2018) at South Asian Strategic Stability Institute, Islamabad
    I have worked as a Researcher in the South Asian Strategic Stability Institute (SASSI), an independent think tank in Pakistan. My field of expertise was South Asian Regional Security and Stability.
