I am a material scientist (experimentalist) with a diverse toolbox of research and engineering skills. Last ten years, I have been researching different subjects within material science and condensed matter physics. Over the previous five years, I have researched on the Pickering emulsion where I studied the mechanical and rheological properties of the particle-covered droplet. In my master’s and bachelor’s degrees, I studied physics and chemistry as the main subject. The interdisciplinary research has provided me to understand the different domains of science. I have deep knowledge and hands-on experience in particles synthesis, device fabrication (using PVD, CVD, spin coating), physical/electrical characterization and data analysis. I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Oslo, and working on two-phase flows in porous materials. In February 2022, I obtained a PhD degree in the field of condensed matter physics from Adam Mickiewicz University, PoznaĆ, Poland. During my PhD studies at UAM, I expanded my knowledge on self-assembly and directed-assembly physics, as well as the material science related to soft and condensed matter physics, including the physics of layered materials, colloids and emulsions. In 2014, I obtained a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree in nanoscience and nanotechnology from Delhi University, India, and Joseph Fourier University, France, in an exchange program. During my master’s course, I completed two internships. In the first internship, I worked on “fabrication and electrical characterization of diamond power devices.” In the second internship, I worked on the “photomagnetic properties of spin-crossover molecular materials.” These research studies helped me to develop a better understanding of several hard skills, including the synthesis of materials and their physical and electrical characterization using various electron and optical microscopy techniques.

Assistance teacher (Feb, 2017–Feb, 2022) at Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznan, Wielkopolskie, Poland
While working on my PhD, I was also a teaching assistant and performed teaching duties for the bachelor’s level course on physics. I also assisted a master’s student with their thesis and instructed Postdoc fellows in using the instruments in the laboratory. I found that my research experience provided me with a broad point of view that was useful in assisting students.
