Hello Friends!

Welcome to my self introduction.

I'm Prabhat Kumar Roy, better known as Einstein Roy, aged 60+ a priivate tutor of mathematics, physics and statistics for classes VII-XII. i'm in this profession for last 34 years.
My objective remains to make my students master of mathematics/physics in the doctoral level.I do follow FACILITATOR style which means I do promote students to self learn through groups(including myself) and find answers to their questions themselves. I belive and made them belive that one who scores 19 out of 100 in mathematics, obviously can score 99 also. One of my student used to get 19/100 in maths, has scored 25/25 only with three classes with me. My basic objective is to develop the confidence level of the students by motivations and encouragements which is liked not only by the students, but also their parents and other seniors, educators.
