I always start with an ice breaker to get the student's attention. The ice breaker should be something a student would want to do. Once the student is comfortable enough to talk then we will proceed to the topic and the discussion. The discussion should not last for more than an hour and there should be breaks between those discussion hours. For instance, I would only discuss for 25 minutes and then let the student take a break for 10-15 minutes. The next part should be a test or an assessment with student to check if they did learn something. This will include the "questioning part", the student will be asked about the discussion or the lesson. After another 25 minutes of discussion, the student is given another 10-15 minutes break. The last part should be an application to the student's life. I will ask the student as to how he or she will relate the discussion to her life so it will leave a mark on her.
I would say that I am a great teacher because I only dont teach, but I make sure that the knowledge I have is relayed and captured by my student.

    I was responsible in processing passport application and checking the requirements submitted by the applicants.

    I used to teach English and basic Math subjects to Korean and Vietnamese students online. I helped them with their grammar, pronounciation and sentence construction. I also help them with their assignments.
  • PayPal (Aug, 2019–Oct, 2021) at Eperformax Contact Centers & BPO, Manila
    I worked as a customer representative level 4 for PayPal Australia. I assisted customers having trouble logging in and getting confuse with their online financial statements. I was also responsible in making sure that the account holder gets their purchases online or gets their payments back if there are problems occur in the transaction.
