Hello! I’m a certified yoga teacher with 3 years of experience, specialising in helping women with pcos, pcod and hormonal imbalance to help them manage weight loss, full body yoga asanas, pranayama and meditation techniques. I believe yoga is a holistic approach and should be practiced by all, in order to promote a healthy lifestyle that enhances our way of living. With certification in multi style yoga, I have found a deep liking for hatha yoga as it helps a person open up and use breathing techniques in a way that restores the body. And with proper breathing techniques, we allow our body to understand our limitations, work on those stiff muscles and allow prana to flow. When our Prana flows, each and every cell and muscle in the body also breathes, giving full relaxation. Yogic lifestyle in turn helps us keeping calm and being aware of ourself. I take personal and group yoga classes, currently online. My group classes are in small batches so as to provide full attention to each student.
