I am consider myself a creative and in my experience, building confidence in any subject will get you so far. In my past experience as a tutor, designer/ content creator and realtor, I’ve learnt that no one is daft, there is a lot more that someone can do, perhaps they are facing the wrong direction. I believe that for my future students, if you want something, speak it, it might just be given to you. Earn it because you believe you deserve it. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes because in those you will learn how to prevent them, if it keeps reoccurring, ask yourself why and find a way to master it. A year before I wrote my final exams, I got an embarrassing mark in mathematics, a year later I passed it with a great score that they suggested I pick it as one of my advanced level subjects. Seek understanding. Stay positive. Stay creative.
