Hi, I'm Joana May Ditona. A certified online English & Tagalog teacher.

I have always been passionate in teaching and I love learning different cultures. A lesson with me will be fun, relaxed, easy going and comfortable. In this way, you can practice English with me without feeling intimidated and pressured. Speak to me as you would to a friend.

Moreover, I have a student-centered approach. I encourage my students to speak a lot and express themselves freely. I always make sure that you are more than satisfied and having fun during our lesson. I am here to help you to boost your conversational skills, communicate with confidence and speak English smoothly and naturally.

I have been teaching online/offline for over 7 years. In my private, one-to-one classes, I give students the individual attention they need. Many of my students come to me for pronunciation help and accent reduction. I demystify difficult language proficiency exams such as the TOEFL, TOEIC and IELTS, and help students get the scores they need. I prepare students for job interviews, help them with college and university entrance applications, improve conversation skills, and help individuals who already speak English maintain their fluency.
