My teaching pedagogy style is base on cooperative teaching learning style and the participatory teaching approach and interactive based.The method i like most when dealing with junior students is the competence based approach method.which is students centre approach method.two way communication and immediately feedback.i also like to using the classroom participatory method to test the understanding of every student in class to the level of understanding of the slow and quick learner.The results of my lesson depends on the class performance of the students based on my started objectives.if I 70% of the students are upto the expected task.what make me a great teacher is when by the end of the course students should be able to use what I thought to solve their real life situation and adapt to their social and cognitive development.

    The fee vary in charges base on the number of period per weeks put in by the teacher.The over crowded number of students per class and the many many streams of classes.The place where the school is found is far and movement to the site is very difficult.The content of work load is much and the cost of traveling is much and expensive.the content of the work is demanding and need alot of commitment.most of the work is done online to students because of the covid 19 pandemic situation that affect most of our schools in Cameroon.
