Hello all. I am Pallavi Karnik, a scientist by profession. I have almost 18 years of industrial experience after a doctorate degree in Life Sciences. I am an avid and passionate researcher with great inclination to mold young minds towards and, help them pursue research based careers in science. I strongly believe in teaching through examples, with the aid of mind maps, workflows and effective, easy to understand and learn audio-visual based teaching methods, viz; power point slide decks. My style of communication is powerful, lucid and engaging. I like to make learning experiential and, mentor students across age groups with a core, powerful balance of motivation and guidance. I coach them on memorizing and writing/expression techniques with the aim to enhance understanding and writing skills.
With my vast industrial experience and decades of team and man management, I have ingrained the necessary soft skills to successfully mentor students with the right blend of achievement-oriented motivation and technical guidance. I look forward to nurturing and creating the love of science in the future generations.
